Arcadia Care Center is a 24-hour skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility based in Arcadia, California, offering 24/7 skilled nursing, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, Tai Chi rehabilitation, cultural dietary programs, and personalized wellness services. The Site provides information about our services, allows visitors to request tours, submit admissions inquiries, and apply for employment. Participation in any care program is subject to a separate clinical assessment and admissions agreement.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

The Site does not require user accounts for general browsing or form submissions. Where you provide information through our contact, admissions, or employment forms, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any communications shared with our team.

4. Payments, Pricing, and Billing

Billing for skilled nursing and therapy services is handled separately from the Site and is governed by your admissions agreement and applicable insurance terms. We accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, and most major HMO/PPO plans. Any pricing information displayed on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing and coverage are determined during the admissions process.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Tour requests and form submissions through the Site are complimentary. Refund and cancellation policies for paid services are governed by the separate admissions and financial agreement signed at the time of admission, in accordance with applicable California and federal regulations. Any deposits or payments will be addressed in that agreement.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is the property of Arcadia Care Center or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content without prior written permission, except as necessary to view the Site or submit a form.

You agree not to:
